Events and Fundraising Manager
Anne has spent virtually her entire adult life immersed in the rewarding work of project co-ordination and fundraising for non-profit organisations. In a wide variety of roles, she’s helped manage, fund and strengthen charities committed to impacting lives and creating change in honour of their individual causes.
Before joining the OCF, she volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland, and across a period of three years, Anne also held an Administrative role at Trócaire, managing their busy Overseas Department output.
In 1996 she joined the Irish Cancer Society, where she remained for almost a decade, with responsibility for Ireland’s North-East region. Coordinating National Fundraising Campaigns including Daffodil Day, Pink Ribbon, Terry Fox Runs and local community events, among others, Anne was a tireless advocate for cancer patients even before coming to the OCF.
In her spare time she loves cooking, social tennis and making her way through many great reads, as part of her Book Club.
